i just want to commend rcmart on the complete turnaround of slow processing taking a week or more to what i have experieced.
i purchased the order on tuesday afternoon at about 4 oclock
it is thursday morning 11 oclock and they have already posted to the post office and i have a tracking number. congrats rcmart, youve really picked up your game the last few months.

i didnt have a problem when i used my $150 store credit. it was shipped next day 
although, i am ticked off about my last order i placed. i never recieved ANY of the Mini LST heatsinks. and yes there customer service does blow big ass, they dont even respond to my problem of not recieving WHAT I PAYED FOR.
i guess we live and learn, right?

well my current order seems to be taken a bit to long for my liking  i ordered sooner expecting to receive it this week but it seems i wont be getting it in time for racing this weekend

hi lun, yes luckily i received it yesterday being the day before racing, sadly it rained today so racing was cancelled give me more time to try out new features on my new 3pks  (thanks rcmart)

for 95% of my command, delivery in 11 days, processing include.
But the last one was send 13 days ago and nothing at home. I suppose X'mas is faulty...

I can't believe that my order (339257) is still being processed. I placed it 17 days ago and this is my third email regarding information about my order.... but nothing... it is still being processed.
I fact, three days ago I received an email telling me that my order was sent, but, according to the webpage it is still in the processing stage.
Please tell me ASAP when it will be sent and when should I expect to receive it or if I will have to file a claim against dinball in Paypal. |

I've got a quick little question.
I ordered a S14 body set, while it clearly said ''1'' in stock. Apparently it was out of stock.
What would be the normal time before Rcmart restocks?
I checked the ''190 mm bodies'' section, where a lot, and i mean a LOT of body's are out of stock. Surely it can't be long before Rcmart restocks?
OT: I'll wait for the restock of the S14, as a reaction to the mail from Rcmart. My order number is #368090 |
