Given the volume of bad feedback and my current bad experience regarding your manual "address check" on credit card transactions it appears to me like you need to find a better way.
I'm all for secure internet transactions but would like to suggest some alternatives as your present system clearly doesn't work within the normal timeframe we consumers expect with online purchases:
1. Try automated address checking (I guess done via the credit card company) during the transaction. Other suppliers seem to be able to check the billing and delivery address match within seconds of placing the order.
2. Rely on the fact that Paypal has mechanisms for consumers to report fraudulent credit card use.
3. Rely on the provision of the 3 digit CSC number on the back of the credit card like most other online sellers.
I'm sure there are plenty of other ways to reduce the consequences of credit card fraud. You have a great range of competitively priced products. Please, PLEASE try to find a better way of dealing with this issue and getting orders sent sooner.

Regarding your concern on our address checking issue, currently we are improving our checking mechanism and we apologize any inconvenience that has been created.
