Hi!
I made an order, payed for it, got an email saying that my order is ready to ship as soon as they verify my address. So I sent a document, got another mail saying that my order is being processed. 3 days have passed, order status is still "processing", I got no response to a couple of mails I sent to see what the problem is and in the meantime all items on my $800 order are slowly going out of stock.
So rcMart, what is gong on with my order #390181?
EDIT: few hours after posting this, I got another email saying that my address has been approved, and that order is being processed (again). |

If there is any out of stock items, we will contact you immediately. Otherwise, your parcel will be shipped after order processing is completed.

"Your order will be processed within the next 3 business days in Hong Kong"
and
"Your order has been accepted and we are ready to ship it to you"
and
"As soon as your information is confirmed, we will pack and ship your order right away" |

Sure, don't worry. Maybe 800 bucks is not much to you, but it is to me.
I did get a new mail shortly after your post - but guess what, even though last Saturday my package was ready to ship after address verification, now it turns out it's over sized for regular air mail. No problem, it'll only cost $180 extra for EMS! Great!
Can they not send it as multiple packages? I checked how much shipping would be if I ordered each item individually - if you add it all up it comes exactly to what shipping costs for the whole package! So even if they have to ship each item separately, shipping is already payed for!
Is there an option for sending this as two or more packages, or is EMS the only way to actually get this order shipped? |

I just paid for EMS delivery for the whole order through Paypal. I just hope it isn't going to take another week to process this... |

A little update if anyone is interested.
Finally received the package today! I have to say, after reading on a few RC forums that people usually recommend rcMart I ended up being very disappointed with their service.
One day after making the order they tell me that the package is ready to ship. Then they say they need to verify my address. Then that takes FIVE days to process. Then it turns out the package is over sized for regular air mail and I have to pay extra for EMS (even though this was never indicated while making the order online). After a few emails were exchanged to see if items from my order can be shipped individually it turns out that Knight Hauler (that I ordered, amongst other items) itself was over sized. I'm sure this is not the first one they've sold so far, so they should know that it's too big and indicate that when making the order! (I also checked Hong Kong post site and it actually seems to me that Knight Hauler is not over sized for regular Air mail). I still paid for EMS and, what do you know, it took TWO WEEKS anyway to get the package! While that might not be rcMart's fault and it might have more to do with our customs service and local courier it just doesn't make me feel any better.
In the end I think that my first order from rcMart will be my last one (for a long time anyway)... |

We feel very sorry to hear about that.
Normally, EMS shipping takes 3-7 days to arrive, but sometime the delivery will be affected by some unexpected reasons, such as disaster, custom or bad weather etc
Next time if you have the case like this, you can try to call your local post office, you can get more information about your parcel from them.
